Delhi Chief Electoral Officer P. Krishnamurthy has said that amendments and objections can be submitted till November 28 before the publication of the final voter list. Special Summary Revision (SSR) of the electoral rolls with respect to January 1, 2025 as the qualifying date commenced on October 29, 2024. This process is going on in all 70 assembly constituencies. The final voter list will be published on January 6, 2025.
He informed that claims and objections can be easily lodged through multiple channels. Online applications are accepted through the Voter Portal of the Election Commission of India or through the Voter Helpline App and Saksham App (for persons with disabilities). Alternatively, offline applications can also be submitted at voter centres. A special campaign for this will be organized on November 23 and 24, 2024.
